Follow the instructions in the First Resonance ION manual to get your API credentials: https://manual.firstresonance.io/api/api-keys
Navigate to Settings > Organization within your ION account
Create the following custom attributes
Data Model | Attribute Name | Type | Notes |
Parts | Cofactr ID | String | Only required if Sync Parts to ION settings is enabled in integration |
Locations | Cofactr ID | String | Only Required if Sync POs to ION or Sync POs from ION is enabled in integrations |
If you are using PO syncing in this integration, you will need to ensure that you have matching Locations in ION for each Address in Cofactr and vice versa.
For each Address in Cofactr, follow these steps:
Copy the Address ID in Cofactr
Find or create the associated Location in ION
Set the value of the Cofactr ID custom attribute for that Location in ION to the Address ID from step 1
🛑 Before You Enable the Integration

, Quality Code
, and GL Account
. Do not enable the integration until these custom properties are showing up here: https://platform.cofactr.com/properties/custom-properties
Navigate to the Integrations App in Cofactr
Select the First Resonance ION integration
You will need to provide the clientId and clientSecret from the first step.
